Kevin McNee is a former PGA of Canada Golf Professional and Graduate of the Professional Golf Management Program at Grant MacEwan University in 2001. Throughout his professional career, Kevin became well known in the PGA of BC, working in Fort St. John, Kelowna, and Kamloops, BC.

In 2006, Kevin transitioned from the Golf Industry to the Oil & Gas Industry. The short golf season, the drive for continued growth, and an opportunity too attractive to pass up, facilitated this transition.

With his work ethic, dedication to learning and excellent interpersonal skills, helped him work his way up the business ladder very quickly. Kevin began with pressure testing on the drilling rigs, was promoted into a dispatch position, then into business development in just 3 months. Kevin excelled in Sales and Business Development with two different companies from 2006 to 2012, when he was offered the role of General Manager for an oil & gas service company. That company grew from $18 million to $50 million in total revenue in his 7 years as the GM.

In 2019, Kevin made the decision to leave the Oil & Gas Industry, and transition into highways road maintenance, as Manager of Operations. This opportunity came with great many differences that were both exciting and difficult. Although there were many aspects that he loved about this role, it brought many of the same challenges, mentally, physically, and emotionally that come with managing another major corporation.

In the fall of 2020, Kevin truly decided to follow his heart and transition into what he was meant to do, help others. His main mission is to provide a safe space for men to open up, have real, honest, vulnerable conversations, and be a leader and mentor to those that were struggling with similar issues that he struggled with for so long. As an Integration Consultant & Conscious Masculine Mentor, Kevin now helps Men to become the Conscious Leaders they are meant to be in all areas of their lives, for themselves, their spouses, their children, and their businesses.

Throughout this time, Kevin found a passion for fitness through running, strength training, and triathlon. It all began in 2015, when he decided to take his health into his own hands and started running. His passion, as it turned out, was overall self-care. Since then, Kevin has added yoga, strength & conditioning, agility, and mobility training to compliment the endurance training for overall wellbeing and injury prevention.

Since making this transition, Kevin has become a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA), Group Leadership Facilitator (Sacred Sons), founded Kevin McNee Coaching & Leadership Ltd., and Warriors of the H.E.A.R.T online Men’s group. He is also one of the founding members and facilitators of the Wild Man Within Men’s Retreat, where men connect in brotherhood, collective healing, shadow work, mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual foundations.

Kevin’s wide range of knowledge, experience, along with the outer and inner work he has done on himself, continues to provide a powerful resource to anyone he serves.

He has spent the last 23 years working closely within the Indigenous community throughout Western Canada. To date, he has touched the lives of hundreds of Indigenous and non-Indigenous People through reconciliation talks, personal development workshops, coach training for

Orest has committed himself to helping individuals, teams and organizations find creative ways to address challenges within their inter-personal communications and relationship dynamics at work, home and in the larger community. He is skilled in the Art & Science of the Visioning process and the accompanying collaboration required to implement the strategies necessary to birth a Vision into Being. Orest believes the circumstances we experience in our outer worlds are a direct reflection of the stories we hold within ourselves individually and collectively. By holding space for people to authentically align and shift their mindsets from a deficit focus to the identification and emphasis of what they truly want we can begin to allow our lives to unfold in transformative ways. He sees this work as an essential key for unlocking the wisdom of the Heart and Spirit of community.  Orest is committed to doing his part to make the world a better place for all of Humanity and Earth’s inhabitants.

Whether Orest is speaking at a conference, conducting a workshop or retreat, Coaching or consulting on a project you can bet he is looking for ways to more deeply connect with people to open up space to allow ideas, inspiration and new stories to emerge from that organic space of flow.

Orest is inspired by the Vision of Edmonton being recognized as the Indigenous business capital of Canada.  During these transformational times of Economic Reconciliation and Social Justice for Indigenous People we must endeavour to stay attuned and vigilant to the underlying values, needs and yields of our actions on behalf of the collective.

Tracy Candice

Tracy is an Indigenous Woman from Northern BC ~ Sa Bay Gay Wa Dunne (People of the Muskeg). Her Soul was on a mission in this life to transform the pain, the suffering, the traumas, and the challenges of the mind that she has experienced in this life, the many previous lives and intergenerational suffering before her. It was in this journey, she uncovered the Divine Warrior within herself, through many learnings, discoveries, experiences, mentors, guides and teachers. And now, serves as an Illuminator for others ready to awaken their Inner Truth, Peace, Wisdom and embody their divine wholeness.

Tracy had spent her early 20 years in the oil and gas industry, serving the construction and maintenance service sector as a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager, Project Manager and Project Proposal Writing Specialist. Throughout her career she continued to seek opportunities to propel her forward professionally and personally, slowly fine tuning her passions, desires and unique talents.

With her desire to live a passionate and fulfilling life, she began to follow the little clues of her Soul, and sought to gain insight to the big questions that lay heavy on her heart. This path led to Rhodes Wellness College, completing the Life Coach Certificate program. Shortly thereafter, Tracy completed the Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Supporting the holistic approach to personal freedom and clarity, better understanding the mind body, the body, and the energetic body, and the correlation to Trauma, Tracy currently is studying under Peter Levine's work through Somatic Experiencing™ International as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (in training).
